About Coach Maggie
Coach Maggie embodies the profound synergy between Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) and fitness programs based on Tai Chi and the Meridian system. Born into a six-generation family heritage of these disciplines, she is a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern wellness.
Her expertise is rooted in a lifelong, holistic practice. From a young age, she immersed herself in the study of Herbal Medicine, the Meridian System, and the flowing movements of Tai Chi —understanding them not as separate arts, but as interconnected expressions of vital energy. She brings to the community more than 20 years of global teaching experience.
With a background in engineering, Coach Maggie uniquely integrates scientific principles with traditional wisdom. She excels at translating ancient health preservation concepts into practical wellness routines suited for modern, busy lifestyles - making her guidance invaluable to students and patients alike.
Her classes are carefully crafted to support lasting physical and mental well-being, such as strengthening muscles and joints, balancing internal organ systems, improving Qi flow and blood circulation, reducing stress, and enhancing mental clarity. The practice helps cultivate self‑preventative care awareness for lifelong health.
Beyond her professional roles, Maggie is a passionate community advocate, sharing the healing gifts of Meridian Fitness and Tai Chi through charity events. She is also dedicated to family legacy, gently introducing her own children to TCM and Internal Kung Fu, ensuring the living values of this integrative health culture continue to flourish.
