PRODUCT REFUND
Easy Returns
Not quite right? No problem. If you need to make a return, we gladly offer store credit or a full refund back to your original payment method.
How it works:
Submit your return: Please note that a $10 restocking fee per order and a $7.99 shipping charge will apply to returned items.
We receive & inspect: After your package arrives at our facility, we will process your return within 3–5 business days.
Get paid: Electronic refunds will be sent straight back to your original payment method. Or if you choose to receive store credit, a gift card with the returned value minus the fees will be emailed to you.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
COURSE WITHDRAWAL & REFUND
We want to you to love the courses and be benefited from them! Please review the following policy carefully before registering.
1. No Refund Policy
All course enrollments are non-refundable. Once a student has enrolled in a course, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation & Pause Policy
Students may request to cancel or pause their enrollment between terms under the following conditions:
- A minimum of 7 days’ written notice must be provided prior to the end of the current term.
- Requests submitted after this deadline will be applied to the following term.
3. Term Commitment
Enrollment is considered a commitment for the full duration of the current term. Students are responsible for completing all payments associated with that term.
4. Reactivation
Students who have paused their enrollment may return in a future term, subject to availability and current pricing.
